Our DOJ (Department of Justice) Accredited Representative provides consultation and assistance applying through USCIS (United States Citizenship and Immigration Services).

When linguistic and cultural barriers create difficult situations, Latinx and immigrants need a trusted place to turn for support. For over 25 years our bilingual Family Support Services Program has provided the resources and a dedicated team to help families address their every day needs. Whatever the question a community member might have, the Family Support Services is here to help people find the help and resources they need.
Affordable Care Act (ACA) Navigator Services
Centro's bilingual Covering Wisconsin Affordable Care Act (ACA) Navigator is trained and to help consumers as they look for health coverage options through the Marketplace, and Badger Care,(Medicaid). Information provided by the navigator is unbiased and can include additional resources and programs that could be beneficial clients beyond the ACA such is Health Connect etc. The navigator is also able to help assess eligibility for coverage and can assist with the completion of enrollment forms.
